Hi friend!
I'm James, (or Jamie...you be the judge!) and I serve as the Associate Director of Operations & Fund Capacity with Power to Change.
I love creating the conditions where ministry can flourish. My role is all about helping "unfrustrate" ministry by strengthening the people, systems, and resources that support our staff across Canada and around the world. Whether I'm improving technology, strengthening fundraising and operations, developing leaders, or equipping our staff to thrive in their unique callings, my hope is that healthy foundations will free people to focus on what matters most: helping more people know Jesus and experience His power to change the world.
My wife, Alanna, and I are raising our three little ladies in Vancouver, where life is wonderfully full of laughter, chaos, kitchen dance parties, and countless opportunities to rely on Jesus. We're incredibly thankful for the community of ministry partners who pray, encourage, and love us so well!
