Ministère de Terra et Helmut Hensel
— equipping God’s people for abundant service — Helmut and Terra desire to equip, encourage and mobilize P2C staff to bring Jesus to the world through their roles. Currently Helmut serves as the Director of Staff Partner Development with Athletes in Action, Canada. He seeks to bring greater freedom and health to AIA staff by developing healthy financial attitudes and practices around staff’s personal fundraising. He coaches and cares for staff through their different needs in building a partnership team to be fully-funded. He is building greater capacity in the area of coaches so more staff can be equipped and supported in this area of their ministry. Terra has been on staff with Power to Change - Students for 19 years and has served in many different roles. Currently she is serving with P2C’s Leadership Development team as they seek to provide development opportunities for staff at every stage of their work with P2C. P2C is comprised of 10 different ministries and Terra loves being able to serve the larger P2C family and continue to help staff grow and thrive in their roles.
