Matthew 5:14-15 “No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise Heavenly Father”. See the love of sports is universal. It can be a vessel used to bring nations, countries, provinces, cities and even people closer together. Soccer is one of the most popular sports across the country, and the sport that I have had the pleasure to play and pursued throughout my life. God has gifted me with a passion for soccer and a strong desire to do His Will. Little did I know that He would use both to bring me back to my home province of Quebec to use them to impact His Kingdom.When it comes to joining Athletes in Action on this mission to reach Quebec, I couldn’t be more excited to work alongside communities of coaches and athletes that desire to learn more about what it means to find victory beyond competition. It is my hope and prayer to see the day that the province of Quebec know Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
