Tibi has been on staff with Power To Change for 35 years and is married to his wife Carla Joy. Tibi & Carla have been married for over 32 years.They have one grown daughter who is 29 years old. Bianda is in an Ivy League graduate and former soccer team and former captain at the prestigious Dartmouth College in the USA. She now is an Olympic hopeful for the Canadian Women’s Bobsled team. In her spare time she is a fulltime firefighter with the City of Calgary. Tibi still loves to play sports. He is a National Champion and an All-Star Canadian football player from Western University. Tibi received a degree in Business/Psychology. Today, his hobbies include playing competitive tennis and leisure hockey & golf. One of his unique activities which include being a licensed Glider Pilot . Soaring is flying with no engine, and he once stayed in the air for over 5 hours! Tibi and his family live in Calgary, AB, a beautiful foothills city just next to the rocky mountains with a population of just over 1 million people.Tibi is the Alberta/Maritimes Area Director for LeaderImpact, the Business domain of Power To Change, where he has worked for 28 years. Tibi has attained prominence as an outstanding communicator and event planner. While his particular focus is the education and development of the personal aspect of leadership. His attention to core values provides a balanced approach to both leadership and business issues. In addition, he has become a sought-after relational coach for business leaders. In his Presentation “Good Leaders Ask Great Questions” Tibi will talk about the need for communication, growing ourselves and developing others in order to succeed in business and in life. He will also cover the importance of character, integrity and helping others be truly successful. Tibi will share how his faith has impacted his success in both his personal and professional life. Tibi also has a talk to Christians about “The 5 Tests of Leadership” taken from the gospel of Luke 5.
